Intellidrives Introduces Latest Miniature Rotary Servo Stage

Intellidrives offers a micro-rotation stage (40 mm diameter) with a direct drive motor. Common applications for miniature rotary servo stages include semiconductor wafer manufacturing, single- and multi-axis sensor testing, inertial navigation device testing, photonic component alignment, and precision assembly. These direct-drive motor servo stages are a better-performing alternative to more traditional worm-gear stages, especially in dynamic applications with high velocities and accelerations.
