NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada Limited added the Bower Type E bearing unit to its products. The bearing units are designed to meet demanding applications and deliver performance.

Bower Type E bearing unit has a one-piece cast iron housing with elongated mounting slots and a spherical roller bearing insert, allowing for +/- two degrees of misalignment. It also features a set screw locking collar, machined brass retainer, double-lip heavy contact seal with metal shield, and an extended inner ring.

Available sizes range from 1 7⁄16 to 4 15⁄16 pillow blocks and either two-bolt or four-bolt configurations. The housing footprint is a direct drop-in interchange with other Type E pillow block units.

• Self-aligning, double-row spherical roller bearing;
