The young company deployed a proof of concept in the manufacturer's factory in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire (Indre-et-Loire). " The AI is used to detect abnormal consumption of electricity and compressed air , says François Niarfeix, product development manager at SKF, which makes it possible to make an analytical model with many parameters, derived from internal sensors. to the site, but also the weather, holidays ... "
After two years, the results of Energiency are validated: energy savings are up to 4%, on an already optimized site. " This solution will be implemented elsewhere in France, " says François Niarfeix.
