The Board Meeting to be held on 09/08/2019 has been revised to 09/08/2019 To consider and approve
the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
Further to our intimation dated June 28, 2019 to the Exchange and pursuant to the Code of
Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by
Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Rules 2015 the trading window for
dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till August 11, 2019 (i.e. until 48 hours
after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019)
and shall re-open on Sunday, August 12, 2019.
